Dragon Fire

Made with Bryce

Created by davidbrinnen

A combination of Bryce and DAZ studio along with the Millenium Dragon Model from DAZ. Supposed to be like a dog fight with dragons. Smoke took ages to render and it was all a bit fiddly to set up, but the models are very comprehensive and you can spend hours just swapping tale styles, horms, fins, scale colour and what have you. Well, I enjoyed it. All I need now is some deep blue under belly lighting...

Very Dynamic The poses of these dragons are really very powerful. The left one is beautifully set with its tail in the mountain crack. The fire spitting drahon has its mouth lit by the fire which is a very nice detail. The smoke emanating from the hit dragon is awsome. Don't know what those bubbles mean, but they are a nice addition. The only reservation I have is the far end of the flame which doesn't seem right. The form of whole fire breath should be a less laser-ray like. The landscape is extremely well fitting for the scene. I give you top marks for this. Hey jesuis: if you give 5/5, don't forget to rate it also.

- Unbelievable. 5 out of 5, right off the bat, no questions asked. Period.

WOW! dude! that picture is amazing. Maybe you could get the rock textures to be a bit better. Try experimenting with different real pictures of rocks and stones in different layers in bryce and maybe you will find one that fits perfect. You got some realy nice fire and AMAZING smoke! can you tell us your little secret of making your smoke?? this is realy a 5 :=)
