YOUR PRIVACY

Privacy & visitor analytics

The gallery uses essential sessions to keep you signed in and protect forms. Artwork view counts are separate from Google Analytics and do not store IP addresses.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, Google receives visit information such as the public page visited, browser/device information and an approximate location derived from the connection. Analytics cookies help distinguish visits. We do not send account names, email addresses, passwords, search terms or account/admin pages to Analytics. Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled.

Analytics is optional. Declining keeps Google’s tag unloaded. Your choice is stored in this browser; clearing browser storage resets it. Withdrawing consent stops further collection after reloading and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals are respected.

Read Google’s privacy policy for how Google processes information it receives.

Comment notifications

If enabled in your account, we use your private email address to notify you about comments on your artwork or conversations you joined. Existing gallery email preferences are preserved where accounts can be verified. New or changed addresses require confirmation. Every comment email includes an unsubscribe link. Approved public comments may also be shared with our Discord community; held or deleted comments are not sent.

Community content

Artwork, display names and published comments are public. Password verifiers, private account records and backup files are kept outside the public document root. For account or content questions, contact the gallery administrator. You can reach us through our Discord community.
