here is an image i made a while ago, i made the fighters in a program called rc cad and then imported them into bryce, into a simple image. my belief is that a simple imge can be the mose effective

More critisism :) Well, if the ships are flying over a planet, i would recomend you to get rid of those shadows, and use a sphere instead of a plane to get that curved horizon. Cool job anyway.
stupid question hey guys, is there any way i can make the shadows small, so make the ships seem a long way above the planet (if not i can just get rid of the shadows)
Answer Yes you can.. Just scale the whole thing. Its a pain but it will do what ur looking for. Make the distances bigger..

Constructive Critisism I would suggest adding kooler st4rs with the program called starbits7. Its really good and free. Try it out. Just google it! But otherwise very awesome picture, i LIke the idea!
