- It's overall dark - as it is supposed to be. You have my compliments for the lighting. The image textures are mapped correctly and are looking very good on the fruits. There's even a nice touch of bump applied. Too bad that bryce doesn't offer sub-surface scattering or some sort of translucency, otherwise the candle will look more real. You sure spent some time on modeling with metaballs here. The way the candle is melting looks convincing. My only qualms are with the knife's material and some shadow-banding on the inner side of the candle. The knife needs to have some metalic highly specular material on it, you can add low reflection values if needed. The shadow banding I think comes from the stretched sphere you used for a flame. Everything is fine with it, just check in the material editor if this material is casting shadows and receiving such. If so - you should uncheck these two. Btw the candle light brings some good memories of mine. That's why I like your image even more. Good job.
