A World Upside Down

A poser 4 horse, and one of my mixed up geometries characters (old zygote stuff) arranged geometrically and painted in Zbrush. Everything rendered straight in Bryce.

- Interesting compositional choice. Very risky even. What works here is the feeling of movement, the cape has a nice lift to it. The garment the man is wearing is surprisingly cool, is it armour of some sort? As I mentioned over at Rendo, seems to me that from a lighting perspective, you need to add a radial or two to lift the shadows a tad. But the composition still troubles me. I almost get the feeling that his face will be trampled by the horse. I do not see any means for his to steer the horse. His expression looks troubled, as if he is unsure what the heck is going on...very fitting actually.
